Dear Ted and family.......We are deeply sorry for your loss. As former neighbors across the hall in Milford we felt like family and I miss bringing Bev some pumpkin cake or some other treat I had baked. Loved her sense of humor and talking with you both about Nova Scotia. Miss you and will miss her. I will always remember her beautiful spirit and the memories we had with you both. Hugs, Ken and Barbara Blum

I had the privilege of knowing Beverly through church. My children had her as their Sunday School Kindergarten teacher and loved her! I don't think they remembered anyone else who taught them, just her! She would sit in front of us at Easter with her sister Sally, Sally's daughter and grandchildren and would just beam. She always asked about my kids who are now adults! She was a wonderful person.

When I look at the picture posted for her obituary I see again that kind, warm woman who opened her heart to hundreds of small children over the years at Belmont UMC. My two children were among those who were welcomed each Sunday. I will be forever grateful that their first experiences with church communities and Christian education were under Beverly's watchful eyes. She loved them all, even my extremely high energy, busy little boy! She was a true treasure!

My condolences to the family. A wonderful lady. I will miss her on facebook !!
My Mom, Lorraine Dixon (Dickie) was one of her cousins from Springhill. I'm sure they already up to something, those two were very mischievous!

My heart feels very sad as I just found out about Beverley's passing. I am a cousin of her's and we have had contact through the years. I never had the pleasure of meeting her but felt close to her anyway. I was so happy when we were able to connect and will miss her very much. My prayers and thoughts are with all of the family and pray you will be fine. I know it is so hard to lose someone you love as I have lost family members and it hurts so much. Just try to understand that she is in a much better place and no longer in pain. Rest in peace sweet cousin. Love Alice Hatfield Long
