Joan C. Ripley (Nylander) of Belmont Jan. 4, 2021. Beloved wife of Richard G. Ripley. Loving mother of Lynne Preston and Wade Ripley. Cherished grandmother of Sam, Leah, Erin and Jane. Due to Covid19 restrictions her funeral service and burial will be private. Retired secretary for the Belmont Police Department for 37 years and longtime employee for Edgar's Flowers.
