Barbara (Jellison) Romano

Barbara (Jellison) Romano of Winchester died peacefully, with her family at her side, on December 1, 2022, at the age of 79, due to complications from Alzheimer's Disease. She was the beloved wife of Arthur Romano.

Raised in Winchester, she was the daughter of Charles and Anne (Sheridan) Jellison.  She is survived by her sister Sherry  (Jack) Weis of Belmont and nephews Tim Weis (Kelly) of Boston, Michael (Kim) Jason and Tim (Lisa) Jason of Cape Cod and nieces Annie Weiss of NY and Barbara Craddle of CA. She is predeceased by her sister Maria Jason.

Barbara was the rock of her family and a valued and loyal friend. She had a wide circle of friends including professional colleagues from many years working in the tech industry, childhood friends, neighbors and many more who she cherished and who cherished her. She was bright, quick-witted and fun, oftentimes hilarious. She will be truly missed.

A memorial mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 15th at 10:00 AM in St Joseph Church 130 Common Street, Belmont.
