Nancy (Tait) Fay

Nancy Fay (Tait) of Belmont Oct. 13, 2018. Daughter of the late Robert J. Tait and Doris M (Ferguson) Tait. Beloved wife of Ernest E Fay for 57 years. Loving mother of Robin Gorman and her husband Ed of Scituate, Joanne Kriger and her husband Carl of Burlington and Leslie Condon and her husband Brian of Westwood. Cherished grandmother of Ian, Nevin and Erin Kriger, Shannon, Ben and Megan Condon. Sister of the late Norma Tait. Also survived by her cousin Joan Johnson of Michigan and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Stuart and Maureen Fay and Family of Braintree. Nancy was a graduate of Belmont High School class of 1958. To this day she remained active with her classmates and planned / coordinated the class reunions. She worked for the Town of Belmont in the Engineering Dept, the Highway Dept and the Cemetery Office for over 30 years. She was an avid Red Sox and Pats fan.  Visiting hours will be held in the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Road Belmont on Thursday Oct 18 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Plymouth Congregational Church 582 Pleasant Street Belmont on Friday at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited.
