Laurette C. (Scontsas) Stevens

Laurette (Scontsas) Stevens of Belmont.  January 3rd.  Beloved wife of the late William Stevens.  Mother of Anthony Stevens and his wife Kathleen of Braintree, Mark Stevens and his wife Janet of Londonderry NH, Diane Stevens of Bedford, and Michelle Helms and her husband Jeffery of Bedford.  Also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Brian, Caroline, Allison and her husband Paul, Andrea, Jacqueline, and William, brother-in-law Robert, and nieces and nephews. Her life was greatly impacted by the many children she crossed during her long career as a Belmont crossing guard.  Services were privately held. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Patient Care Fund, Care of Oncology Department at Mt Auburn Hospital, 330 Mt Auburn St, Cambridge, MA, 02138.
